All of our products are custom designed, and we do not accept returns. Naturally, if there is an error on our part, we will promptly repair/or replace the product that correctly reflects your order.
You can remove the cover and wash it in cold water, tumble dry it lightly. Do not iron the fabric as putting the cover back on will automatically remove all creases.
